Weight Room Sessions
Weight Room Sessions are schedule as follows...
Monday, 2/1, Wednesday - 2/3, Monday - 2/8 and Wednesday - 2/10
5:30 - 6:30 pm.
Following these rules...
Workouts are limited to 4 kids per coach and no more than 15 in the room total, with masks and social distancing.

When coming into the building for conditioning there is a series of items that must happen
- All temperatures must be taken from athletes and coaches and submitted on the attached COVID form to our trainer, Adrien Brudvig daily.
- Under the current orders, masks must be always worn. Students must maintain 6 feet of social distancing, and they cannot be making physical contact with each other.
- They must bring their own water. There is a bottle filling station just outside the weight room in the hallway.
